Whoever invented the deck of cards is a genious....I play a lot of card games, but my favorites are Spades, Euchre, Hearts, and Bridge. People think of Bridge as being an old-person's game, but it's pretty awesome once you learn it.
Anyone else play cards a lot?

I think it is pretty cool that you can play about hundreds of games just by buying a $2 deck of cards.
I've never been able to fully learn Spades or Hearts. I've watched people play it, but at least the ones I know either aren't very good teachers or just aren't willing enough to spend time to teach it. Sad, I know.
I enjoy a game of Rummy. Used to have a pretty regular Poker Night, but not so much anymore. And of course, cards can be very popular when it comes to drinking.

I think the person who invented "the game" is awesome. Before games came out, people were forced to stomach bland means of entertainment.
