Collegesoccernews.com came out with their annual list of 100 Freshman to Keep and Eye on for 2008. Our recruit, Julian Serrato, was listed. His write up - Julian Serrato - Midfielder - Boca Raton, Florida - Boca Raton Community High School - UIC - Member U.S. U-18 National Team Pool. Played for Schulz Academy. Competitive experience will be a big plus.
He was not listed as any NSCAA All American or Region or anything. Did he even play high school or was it just US National Team and club soccer? And if so, does that mean he can't be any sort of All American or region? I mean, he certainly seems to be qualified.
