Well, if you look at UNC's record and rankings, I can't see them hosting over us either. I think that the host is the highest ranked. However, only the top 16 are ranked. I think after that's, it's just determined by who they see deserves it. But I could be wrong

I assume it would be seeding, but the bracket doesn't show seeding numbers.

I get nervous whenever I see that green arrow pointing towards our goal on gametracker Regarding hosting, I think it's up to the NCAA where the games are played. So, if we beat MSU and Jacksonville wins, then they'll decide which of us deserves to host. They did that with UMass last year, and we lost out...

Yeah, pretty sure how that goes. Only the top 16 are seeded. Those are the teams that get the first round bye and are guaranteed to host their first game (second round). After that, it's a crap shoot.

MSU seems to have taken this game over. I would hold off on the next round talk right now.

End of 1st OT. Is it too much to ask for one goal? Come on guys!

Penalty kicks...
Jovan picks the lineups. Let's get them!

Wouldn't the coach pick out the lineups for the PK's? Or is this an exception rather than the rule?

I think it's the exception. The stories I read about the UIC Dayton game said that Jovan picks the lineup for the PK's.

The tournament comittee decides, and it ususally is awarded to whoever has the highest RPI.

After that first round when DeMartin, their stud goal scorer with 17 goals this season, missed and then Jovan came back, I had a good feeling.
I thought that our main guy, Baggio, could put it away, but wasn't so. Still great outcome!
