Leaving Cameron Fens has entered the transfer portal Bummer. Thought he should've gotten more time here, especially when our season was over halfway through the season. At this point, you wonder whose decision it is…Cam’s or Coach’s? Either way, wish him the best of luck and hope his next stop will utilize his talents.

That's disappointing that kid if given a chance could easily give you 15-20 min a game pick, rebound and make some shots.

Wing addition, good shooter, likely a role player. Seems like Brownell and Skobalj may be the only returning rotation players so it's could a completely new roster.

Wonder how many years he has left. Only played 3 games in 2022 due to injury so maybe he was medically redshirted. Looks like a good shooter.

Wonder how many wins a meac team can get in the Missouri Valley Conference? Watch uic and see! All MEAC Conference players on UIC roster. Isnt the meac like the 24th and worse ranked d1 basketball Conference? If you avg 8 points a game in MEAC whats that translate to Missouri Valley Conference? 3pts a game?

I’m trying to be optimistic. The kid from Niagara made the all-freshman team in the MAAC so I think that’s a really solid pickup. Less risk there than a kid right out of high school. As for Reaves, he was a starter at a lower level program that shot decently well from 3. Assuming he’s a rotation player, you could do worse. We’re pretty much filling out a whole new roster. Based on his minutes, I wonder if there is some defensive value too.

Unfortunate to hear of Cam's decision to transfer. I think all of us on this board were anxious to see him this year and were perplexed with how little actions he saw.
I was hoping that a new coach and a new program would provide an opportunity. However, hope the young man can find a place to thrive and have a good career.
