Chicago vs Milwaukee - fact or fiction?

An interesting perspective on a Chicago-Milwaukee rivalry that I frankly wasn't aware of, but which UIC seems to be part of, either intentionally or unintentionally:

I don't get up to Wisconsin all that much, so I can't vouch for the accuracy or inaccuracy of this article. I do know that it would not be well-received on the Panther message board, so maybe there's some truth to it.
