According to the RPI of 1/5/05, the HL is ranked as the #18 conference. UIC has an RPI of 88. After having the number 1 and number 2 schedule for most of the non-conference season we have the 21st toughest schedule.
After playing and losing to Detroit, our RPI went from 38 to 82! After playing and beating Youngstown State, our RPI went from 82 to 87. We currently sit at 88. We obviously need to win out in order to get a good seed in the HL tourney.

Our RPI will take another dive after playing Loyola tomorrow.....what are they....in the 200s? We will likely get a crappy bracket buster game as well due to our piss-poor season so far. Hopefully, we can get things together and win tomorrow. This conference is wide open. Detroit is playing well but I think people are rushing to call them champs way too soon....all I know is that we better not lose to them at the Pavilion like we did last year.
