I'm surprised that we don't have any streaming video for this game. Looks like only Gametracker is available. Anyone going tonight?
Also predictions:
UIC 1 Dayton 0

It's all up to Bubonja...in what could be his last game as a Flame! It's down to penalty kicks!

Not much to say about this game other then it was DAMN COLD. The field was frozen, and players were slipping all over the place.
Dayton is a really lousy team. I doubt they would have finished third in the Horizon League.
UIC overall played well, and had chance after chance, but just couldn't finish. Frankly, this "just couldn't finish" crap is getting old. These guys need to start scoring! IIRC, UIC has not scored a goal in over 200 minutes. This has got to stop if they are going to make a run in the tournament. Hopefully the drought ends with tonight's game.
Dayton, for their part, was obviously trying to take the game to PK's. And they got their wish.
UIC looked confident and was competent in the shootout. Dayton looked scared, and did horribly. The final miss was a complete whiff by the kid from Dayton. I'm not talking about missing the goal, either. He completely missed the BALL and fell on his ass!
All and all a suiting end for a suck-ass Dayton team that played like a second-tier Horizon League team and truly did not belong in the NCAA tournament.
So on to Michigan State. MSU is beatable, but UIC will have to bring their A-game to do it.
