This is what happens as alumni start building and becoming more successful. They start giving back to the school. Prime example concernin the new center being built in PEB for the baseball team:
DiVitorrio is now the President of the Alumni club in UIC and Granderson is a major league baseball player for the Detroit Tigers. He is also completing his master's degree while still playing and wants to contribute as much as he can to the center.
