More UIC Baseball update

Well, UIC has continued to completely destroy their competition. This weekend in their 3 game series against Butler, they outscored them 50-6 (18-1, 20-5, 12-0). Along with that, they officially won the Horizon League Championship for 2006.

Sweet. That makes Baseball, Softball, AND Women's Tennis regular season champions this season.

Yep. Unfortunately, UIC softball lost out in the HL Tournament. However, this girl Sarah Clynes on the softball team looks like she could be amazing in her upcoming years. She was named Pitcher of the Tournament, All Tournament Team, hit a game tying HR in the semifinals, and pitched a no hitter, and all from a Freshman.
