Granderson has a broken finger and will miss the first 2-3 weeks of the season. Tough break for him (no pun intended)....

Looks like we have the UIC version of the Sports Illustrated Cover jinx. First the Trib does a story on Mayo leading the country in 3-PT Accuracy and he immediately goes into a shooting slump for the rest of the year. Now the Granderson thing. Please, no more stories about our guys. How about a story on Butler's great recruiting class for next year?
