UIC loses home opener to FIU

Yeah, it's game 1, but this team has fallen hard since the 08 season. We lost both exhibition games this year (the Depaul game was one that we needed to win, even if it was only preseason), and now we lose to FIU, a powerhouse that was slaughtered by Barry in their preseason.

Once again, no goals. No goals and continued losses = dwindling fanbase. I sure hope we don't lose a lot of support that has been built up over the years.

I hope so too, Big D. If Horizon League soccer is going to advance, then GB, Butler, UIC and Milwaukee all have to advance together.

Be patient. We lost alot of players last year. We have a very good nucleus, but it will take time. Future is bright.
