Butler is doing us a big favor tonight, and is about to give UWGB their 3rd conference loss. I'm shocked that Butler's up 21 in the 2nd half!!! Maybe we woke them up Sat...

Updated HL standings.... UWM 8-2 UWGB 7-3 WSU 5-4 Detroit 5-4 UIC 5-4 CSU 4-5 Loyola 4-6 Butler 3-6 YSU 1-8 If the season were to end today, this would be the exact order of the seeding as well (UIC=5 seed ), as WSU is beating both us and Detroit in the season series and Detroit holds the tie-breaker over us because they have beaten UWM already. We need to start winning some games...

If Green Bay goes down tonight there is no way they are going to finish in the top 2. Looking at their schedule they have 5 of their remaining 6 games on the road and their only home game is against Detroit.
If UIC can steal one on the road at UWM Saturday we could be in good shape. 4 or our last 6 games are at home and our road games are against much weaker opponents. 2nd place is not out of the question.

Wow im really surprised right now, i never saw that one coming. This is Huge for UIC, puts us in a great spot to grab second, and the trip to the semi finals.

This is true. After UWM this weekend, our schedule is pretty nice. CSU and Butler are the only away games and then we have Loyola, WSU, and UWGB coming in here. This weekend is still a big game and we have alot to play for the rest of the conference schedule.
