I can't say I saw that coming. To play a team that is on just 1 day of rest will be a big advantage. And at home.

Well, that long rest was taken away pretty fast. The HL reorganized the tournament. Now UIC plays 5th seed WSU tomorrow at noon and UWM plays Oakland after. Championship still on Sunday, so now no rest for either advancing school.
The games will be streamed, which is nice. How can we not stream our home soccer games for years, but as soon as we host the tournament, we can set up cameras within a week?

I'm all for fairness and giving every team the chance that they deserve. It unfortunate what happened and while the argument can be made to give WSU another chance it seems awfully odd to change the entire tournament around like that. Game times and dates changed and then making both teams play the next day. I must say that's a little questionable move.
Let's hope that we win it all and it doesn't matter come Sunday evening.
